Are you a therapist?

I am not a therapist. Instead, I am an independent mental-health trainer with an employment background in the adult mental health field and an academic background in the philosophy of psychology. I am also a trauma survivor with personal lived experience of voice hearing. For these reasons, I feel I can best help people by providing educational input and support through my training - a unique combination of my own lived experience filtered through the lens of clinical literature and academic research.

Is your training suitable for me?

My training is suitable across a range of diagnoses, including DID (dissociative identity disorder), DDNOS (dissociative disorder not otherwise specified), schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, psychotic depression, psychosis NOS, and so on. In other words: my training is suitable whenever there are auditory (or visual) hallucinations present.

Clients suitable for my training include the following:

- Psychotherapists
- Psychologists
- Counsellors
- Social care staff (e.g., social workers)
- Mental health nurses or CPNs
